These terms describe the conditions for using Chiikul. Parents and guardians should read them and use the service together with their children.
The service
Chiikul is a free browser playground that does not require registration. You are responsible for your internet connection and data charges.
For parents and guardians
Play together with a grown-up for a comfortable amount of time, taking the child’s age and condition into account. Adjust the settings or stop playing if sounds or movement cause discomfort. This service does not provide medical care, diagnosis or therapy and does not guarantee educational or developmental outcomes.
Using the games
Appearance, sound and controls may differ between devices and browsers. Saving or restoring drawings and progress is not guaranteed. Navigating away or reloading may clear them.
Prohibited conduct
Do not violate the law or others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access, place excessive load on the service or interfere with its normal operation.
Content rights
Rights to site text, artwork, sounds and software belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce, redistribute or sell them without permission except as allowed by law or applicable licenses. We do not require you to transfer rights to creations you make.
Changes and availability
Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued for maintenance, failures or other reasons. Where possible, significant changes or discontinuation will be announced in advance.
Responsibility
We aim to provide a stable service but do not guarantee operation in every environment or uninterrupted availability. Responsibility is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limits rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Changes to these terms and applicable law
We will announce changes and their effective date on the site and follow any procedures required by law. These terms are governed by Japanese law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you.
